• Packages for 1–3 guests require full, non-refundable payment at the time of booking.
• Packages for 4 or more guests require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled party and is non-refundable.
• A 15% gratuity will be added to the final invoice for parties of 4 or more guests.
One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 7 days before the scheduled party. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability.
• No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations, no-shows, or guests who do not attend.
• A completed electronic waiver is required for every guest receiving services.
• All spa services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

For the comfort of all guests and to help keep our spa clean and on schedule, all outside food and treats must be approved in advance. Please note that cakes are not permitted.
If bringing outside treats, please provide your own plates, napkins, utensils, and serving supplies.
If you would like extra time for food, presents, or celebrating, additional party time may be added for $50 per half hour, subject to availability.
Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before the party to set up approved snacks and treats.
If additional time is not added, our scheduled snack service can be enjoyed during the spa experience. Please keep in mind that space is limited, and the designated food area consists of one 4-foot table.
We provide complimentary loaner robes and spa headbands for all guests. We do ask that guests bring their own flip-flops. If someone forgets, we do have loaner flip-flops available. You are also welcome to provide your own flip-flops as party favors for your guests.
If a balance remains, a final invoice will be sent to your email prior to your event. Final payment, including the 15% gratuity, is due 24 hours before your party.
Please note that there are no refunds for cancelled guests.
An electronic waiver will be sent to you prior to the party. Please forward the waiver to all participating guests so it can be completed before the event. If you do not receive the waiver from us, you can click on the link to the waiver located in the drop down on our home page.
