Packages for 1–3 guests require full, non-refundable payment at the time of booking. Packages for 4 or more guests require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. All payments and deposits are non-refundable.
All payments and deposits are non-refundable. One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 7 days before the scheduled party. Rescheduled dates are subject to availability. In the event of a last-minute illness or emergency involving the birthday child, please contact us as soon as possible. We may allow a one-time reschedule at our discretion and based on availability.
The number of guests booked determines your reserved package and staffing. No refunds or credits will be given for guests who cancel, do not attend, or choose not to receive services. Additional guests may be added prior to the party, subject to availability and advance approval. Additional guest fees will apply.
For parties of 4 or more guests, the remaining balance is due 24 hours before the scheduled party and is non-refundable. A 15% gratuity will be added to the final invoice. Any approved add-ons or additional guest charges will also be included in the final balance.
For appointments of 1–3 guests, gratuity is not automatically added. If you enjoyed your experience, gratuity for your party host is always appreciated. 💕
A completed electronic waiver is required for every guest receiving services. All spa services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not professional salon or spa services.
Guests should arrive with clean, trimmed nails. We do not cut or file nails or remove gel polish. Existing regular nail polish is okay.
Please let us know in advance of any known allergies or sensitivities so we can determine whether an activity or product should be avoided.
Arrival & Party Time
Guests may arrive up to 15 minutes before the scheduled party time, but no earlier. Party time is reserved specifically for your group, and all guests are expected to depart promptly at the scheduled ending time.
Outside Food & Celebration Time
Families wishing to bring outside food in addition to cupcakes may do so with the addition of our 30-Minute Food & Celebration Time ($50). This provides dedicated additional time for eating, cupcakes, presents, and celebrating without taking away from the spa experience.
Outside food must be pre-approved, ready to serve, and non-messy. Families bringing outside food are responsible for providing their own plates, napkins, forks, serving utensils, and any other necessary serving supplies.
Cupcakes do not require the 30-Minute Food & Celebration Add-On. Customer-provided cupcakes are welcome and must have light/pastel-colored frosting. Cakes are not permitted.
Food Table & Setup
A 4-foot table dressed with our cute pink ruffle table skirt is provided for customer-provided food, cupcakes, serving supplies, and simple tabletop decorations. Due to our intimate party space, please keep food and decorations simple and limited to what can comfortably fit on the provided table. We are unable to accommodate large food displays or additional tables.
Dream Theme Snack Add-Ons
Families who prefer not to bring outside food may select from our basic snack add-ons. Snacks purchased directly through Dream Theme will be passed out by our staff during spa services and enjoyed within the regularly scheduled party time. Snack add-ons do not extend the length of the reservation.
Cupcakes & Happy Birthday
When time permits within the regularly scheduled party time, our staff will lead Happy Birthday and guests may enjoy their customer-provided cupcakes. If there is not enough time remaining, cupcakes will need to be taken to go. Bringing cupcakes alone does not add additional time to the reservation.
End of Party
Families who purchase the 30-Minute Food & Celebration Time may use the full extended reservation time. At the end of the reservation, families are asked to promptly gather their food, serving items, containers, and personal belongings so our team can prepare for the next celebration.
Adults & Decorations
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that no more than one parent or adult accompany each guest. Simple tabletop decorations are welcome. Please contact us in advance regarding additional decorations or special setup requests.
